I did not know that pin 21 was hard set to EXT PTT. When the receiver un squelches the speaker leads go to about 6 volts, that thru the resistors turns on the transistor, the collector goes to ground, low, providing a RUS (receiver un squelch). ![]() 10 K for the two series resistors, and a 3k from base to ground. One resistor from each speaker output to a transistor's base. What we have done is use two series resistors from the two speaker outputs.
